CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION

 

Our mission during the construction phase, and contract administration (CA) phase, is to observe the course of construction and to help the general contractor to build the project as specified in the CDs.

 

Typical CA support includes responding to requests for information (RFIs), providing supplementary instructions, review of shop drawings, review of change orders, review contractors' applications for payment, review of the punch list and walk through at substantial completion, and walk through at final completion. 

 

Our CA services are tailored to the client and project needs and can be expanded to support minimal client involvement.
