PERMITTING AND APPROVALS

The permitting and approvals phase involves organizing clean and complete submittal packages for building permit application and private entity design review.

 

We typically manage all of our package preparation, submittals and facilitation of building permits and approvals in house.  We have over twenty years of experience in working with state and local municipalities here in Hawaii and through this time we have developed genuine relationships with critical players throughout the different reviewing agencies.  

 

We monitor all of our active applications and submittals and review the approval progress in our weekly and bi-monthly team meetings.  We respond to RFIs quickly and follow up when needed.  Our years of experience, lasting relationships and active involvement translates to efficient and systematic approvals.
