As the Business Development and Operations Manager at Kasprzycki Designs, Chelsea manages the flow of the office and optimizes day-to-day activities. She analyzes business operations and identifies customer needs in order to bring the two closer together. She also manages permit and private entity design review submittals, municipal communications and monitors the approval process.
