Chelsea, born and raised in Lahaina, Maui, serves as the Business Development and Director of Operations at Kasprzycki Designs. She oversees the flow of the office and optimizes day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and alignment across projects. With a strong focus on both business performance and client experience, she analyzes internal processes and identifies customer needs to better connect the two.

 

In her role, Chelsea also manages permit and private entity design review submittals, coordinates municipal communications, and closely monitors the approval process to keep projects moving forward seamlessly.
